Schoonover Accurate Tax was founded in 1973 by Genevieve Schoonover. From very humble beginnings, Schoonover Accurate Tax has grown to serve approximately 1000 clients throughout California and across the US .
Joe Schoonover became President and General Manager in 1992. Joe is a CTEC licensed tax preparer with a BS from UC Davis and an MBA from Indiana University with over 20 years of exeperience with personal and corporate tax issues. In addition Joe has worked as a research scientist, in operations management, supply chain, and data analysis for a diverse range of companies including Tesla Motors, Dow AgroSciences, Six Flags Amusement Parks, the Chicago Bears, and Red Carpet Realty.
